Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Activation:

  • Orders can be canceled before the Soundbox is shipped or activated.
  • Once the device is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • If delivery is refused, activation charges or delivery fees (if any) will not be refunded.

Subscription-Based Soundbox:

  • Cancellations for rental/subscription-based Soundboxes are allowed anytime.
  • Amounts paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds apply only for defective or non-functional Soundbox units.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The device must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • No refunds after the Soundbox is activated.
  • Devices damaged due to mishandling or unauthorized repairs are ineligible.
  • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned Soundbox, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

3. Exchange & Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective Soundbox, request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
