Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Activation:
- Orders can be canceled before the Soundbox is shipped or activated.
- Once the device is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- If delivery is refused, activation charges or delivery fees (if any) will not be refunded.
Subscription-Based Soundbox:
- Cancellations for rental/subscription-based Soundboxes are allowed anytime.
- Amounts paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds apply only for defective or non-functional Soundbox units.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The device must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- No refunds after the Soundbox is activated.
- Devices damaged due to mishandling or unauthorized repairs are ineligible.
- Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned Soundbox, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective Soundbox, request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
